Can you change auto deal naming?
We are a fabricator / installer that often does multiple pieces of work for the same organisations.
As the sales and estimating teams are adding their deals in PD, they often overlook the Deal Title field as it is auto/ pre-filled as "Org + Deal". The Deal title therefore gets confusing as we end up with 8 deals all with the same title.
Is there any way to either:
a) switch off the auto pre-fill on the deal title so that the user can see it's a blank field that needs to be filled manually
OR
b) Is there any way to build a script that create a deal title based on fields with the deal?
Eg: Quote Number + Project + Org

We only installed PD last week and I've been blown away with it's capability - my background is in Salesforce, but PD is so much more intuitive!

We have the same situation with multiple deals with the same org. We created an automation for deal name: [Deal organization name] [REP PVT Deal # (YY-MM)] - [Deal ID] [REP PVT Deal Description] In this case we get something like Google 20-09-478 Consultation. The point is that you can combine custom fields with system fields to suit your needs and differentiate between deals. Hope this helps.
