Receive email leads from a partner into Pipedrive leads?
We recently launched a partnership with a website to send us leads. They use their own form for a variety of lead receivers like us, so we cannot insist that they use our form. We receive a well-structured email from them for the leads.
Is there a way to convert those emails into an actual lead record in Pipedrive?

Currently there's a few ways of getting leads into Pipedrive. Indeed with our web form and other lead generation features you could. You can also import from a spreadsheet or convert deals to leads.
Lastly, if you have someone in your team with some technical knowledge you can use our open API to add leads to Pipedrive.Unfortunately Zapier is not supporting leads automation yet (should come soon 🙏🏻) by you could potentially also from incoming emails create deals and then convert those to leads later in Pipedrive:
