Automatic Email Tracking

Hi, is it possibile to turn on automatically the "track email opening" and "track link opening" ?

Now I have a workflow that send emails but I can't track them :-(

    Hi @Marco Govoni , yes it is.

    In your automaton's action, click the "Show more options" link and tick both boxes for email opening and tracking. Make sure to be mindful of GDPR when doing this.

    Thanks Ines! Is there also the possibility to active email tracking for ALL email I send with Pipedrive, so I have not to select it for each email?

    @Marco Govoni By default it will use the same tracking setting you chose the last time you sent and email.
