Lost deals
Hello does anybody know if there is a way of creating a drop down menu for lost deals so that when a team is working on PD they all use the same language / selection of options making it easier to analyse the data later?

Yes thats right - when you set a deal to lost you get a box that asks you to fill in the reason why it was lost. It would be good to be able to create a list of reasons to select from so that when different people fill it in it follows the same format and hence makes it easier when analysing after. At the moment im getting too many different ways of writing the same thing so it makes it complicated to analyse the information.

We are using that according Mikes trick! We are using five categories and it works perfect. We get a good overview about the loss reasons and make a benchmarking.
