    Is there a way to have email tracking work when sending from within Gmail? Currently it only works when you send email through Pipedrive.

    Second this, email tracking is a must have within Gmail!

    @Matt Robinson unfortunately it only works when sending through Pipedrive for now. Passing on your suggestion though! Thanks for sharing.

    @Alex Patriquin can you specify what you mean by it?  The emailing still happens through Gmail and for them to be reflected in Pipedrive you need to use the bcc address or the email sync. The add-on will help with for example managing your activities and the ability to see contacts linked to emails as well as create them.
