    Hi @Stephen Taylor

I've seen various users do this in the past. What exact functionality/process do you need or you want to set up?

    Hi Mike,
    Actually a very simple process.
Companies enroll with me and I list their employees. These companies will be categorized as 'Case Companies'. I'm trying to put them in the 'Search Category' listing in case they need another title.
Some, but not all employees may call me. They will also I think be put in a 'Case' search category.
I might also look at categorizing the case status, ie., ongoing, closed, solved, urgent, etc.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Stephen

Regarding categorization, may I recommend setting up a single option or in case someone can be in multiple categories then a multiple option custom field.

With this you can categorise your customers in one or multiple categories and filter them out. @Stephen Taylor check out this video on custom fields and filtering.

    Yes, thank you.
That already is a method I'm trying. Seems to work.
