ZOOM integration into activities

OK so zoom integration. its installed and enabled in pipedrive. But there is no way to:
- schedule a zoom meeting
- add the zoom call info
- add multiple people to the zoom meeting
Im sure Im missing something because there is literally NO ZOOM anything in pipedrive.

Hi @Andy Newbom
Once you've installed the Zoom app from the marketplace you need to take the following steps:
- Create an activity
- Click on the video call section
- Click "make it a Zoom meeting"
- Now you can add multiple people as a contact on the activity
- If you want you can also send them a calendar invite for the meeting
Check the GIF below on how it should look.

How do I set automation so that my clients can select a meeting time from my availability (already synced with Google Calendar) and have a Zoom link generated automatically? I understand the above video, but I would have to go in and create each activity it looks like...
Thanks!

Hi @Erica Cain
Unfortunately the Zoom integration isn't connected directly to our scheduler functionality yet. However, so far I see that users use a standard generated Zoom link and add this in the location or description field while setting up the scheduler link. Check out this image:
