Live Chat for Sales teams, who gets it for large teams?

So I'm in the process of scaling out my chat tool for our sales team that is integrated with Pipedrive.

For the sales leaders out there that lean into live chat quite a bit. 

  1. How do you decide who should be on live chat?
  2. What strategies do you use to make those sales people successful while selling via a live chat tool?
