Does anyone have Pipedrive successfully integrated with a Customer Success Ticketing software? If so, which one?

Hi @Mara Glouberman ,I would like to suggest you using Pipedrive for managing tickets. Data will be centralised and there would be better visiblity and control.
You can create seperate Pipeline called support and put stages like below. You can also create workflows for auto emails to customers on stage/status changes.
