Aircall - unanswered v connected
Hi guys,
We currently use Aircall for calls but am unable to report on unanswered v connected calls.
I can see the outcome by checking individual activities, but am unable to report for the whole team. Has anyone found a solution for this?

You can report on it in Aircall, but the way that aircall pushes to pipedrive, you wont be able to report on it in PD

I would suggest you take a look at the Analytics integrations available in our marketplace, as they allow you to extract data from Pipedrive and create other types of reports. I did a quick search for you, take a look here.
I think it would also be helpful to reach out to Aircall's customer support service, as they are the ones who built and maintain this integration with Pipedrive, not us, so they're the experts on it Find their contact details here.
