Automatic email if no activity in deal

Hi there,

I would like my sales reps to receive an automatic email when there is no activity planned in a deal after 24 hours. Is this possible and maybe also on a loop?

So each day a salesrep hasn't filled in an activity he gets reminded of it by email. I'm looking for something very annoying to make sure it won't happen again.

    Hello the best way is to create an automation like this

    Every time a deal is added, create an activity and send an email - you can specify on your email to create an activity for this deal

    We need an Activity to be on the Deal - at all times - even after the Deal is created and first worked on.  If the SalesRep doesn't have an Activity scheduled to follow up, we need to REMIND them (annoying as it was stated) they need to get an Activity assigned.

    Se você quer que "um negócio que esteja sem atividade receba uma atividade" você cria um filtro de negócio. Mostre os negócios que estão sem atividades agendadas. E nas automações você utiliza o Gatilho Negócio Atualizado e utilize este filtro nas condições. E a ação será colocar uma atividade no negócio em questão.

    Having to filter and remind people places the onus on the sales leader.  It would be better to have an automatic e-mail after no Activity assigned within 24 hours.

    @Frank Visser II have the same need in my business. I don't want any open deal to not have any activity scheduled. What I've done to solve this problem is I use integromat to pull a list of all open deals with no activity every midnight. Then for reach off those deals it creates a todo activity assigned to the owner of that deal. This has worked great for us.
