Customization for Mortgage Lender

I need the Leads to be my Private Lenders and that needs different information than a Deal. The Deals need to be the Home Loan and Borrower Information. The product is my fees for Underwriting, Processing, Doc Prep and a percentage of the loan amount for placing it with one of my Private Investors. Can this software do that? And if it can, can someone help me make it do that?
