Add notes to a deal or contact 📨

To add a note on a deal or contact, go to that item's detail view and click on the Notes icon on the right-hand side of the page. Here you can create a text type note, and format or un-format as needed.

    I would like to add a note from an old customer interaction to an existing deal, but I would like to insert it at a time in the past so that it is in chronological order.  Is it possible to add a note and specify the date?

    Hi @Kevin Russo unfortunately it's not possible to do this. The date stamp is from the date it gets added. You can manually write the date on top of the note though.
