how can I change a field that is set as a default? it blocks me from editing it

I can not change a default field in the custom fields, is there a way to over pass it?

    I am also looking for the same, but it seems in the free trial plan I am not able to do so, I have not checked it with the Paid plan, but there should be something to edit the default fields
