Deal won > Automatic email with products ordered

Hi everyone!

I want to save time and limit the risk of error when I won a deal.

Let’s say that I have a deal and there are products attached to it.

When I click the deal is “won”, is it possible to send an automatic email to a colleague and include this information :

  • Company name + info
  • Contact name + info
  • All products ordered in the deal

This would be a “purchase order” from the customers that doesn’t use PO.

    Hello, @Martin Gibeault, thank you for reaching. This is Clarissa from Pipedrive Support Department Team.

    You can definitely create an email template and use place holders for your company name, contact name and info (as long as they're in Pipedrive on a custom field). The only thing you won't be able to do is to use the products attached with the deal on the email template filled automatically - this you'll need to add manually as we don't have products as custom fields yet. We hope this can be add anytime soon.
