Hi, 

I am trying to update a slack channel when a deal moves along our pipeline. This works fine if I am an owner, but not if anyone else does it. 

And yes, I have set it to be triggered by any user. Seems like a bug to me? Nothing wrong with the automation as it works when I do it... and the other standard automations like new deal alerts and won deal alerts work OK for everyone.

    Hello, @Keith Greywood, thank you for reaching. This is Clarissa from Pipedrive Support Management Team.

    First thing to confirm here is: do all users have the Slack integration on? As integrations are on a user level, this has to be set up before hand so that the automation can work normally. If this does not do the trigger, I'd advise you to get in touch with our Support team as we'll have to investigate this to see what might be wrong.

    This has all been solved now and updates are working as expected.
