Set activity time as "Now" in workflow automation

It would be useful to be able to set the activity time as "now" in workflow automation. 

(I searched to see if this had been asked before but didn't find it - surprising - so am adding)

    Could you explain a bit more about your use case please? Why would this be helpful for you? With this information I can easier explain to a product manager what is needed.
