I see that I can filter my messages by email tracking, and I get passive notifications that includes opens every now and then through the sales assistant, but I am looking for more of a real time alert.
Hi @Nick Beattie this is actually something we're working on. We're making some updates to our sales assistant. Once that is done there will be real time alerts. Hopefully we can launch it still this year.
Yes, I want that too. Would be an awesome feature to setup a bunch of VIP / Priority clients for which the system triggers real alerts based on xyz activity + on mobile app when am on the move so that am able to pick up the conversation quickly.

Did this get implemented? In HubSpot I got pinged on my phone whenever an important message was opened.
