Is it possible to track PD Chats with Google Analytics?

I use Google tagmanager.

I need to measure my marketing activities ROI in different channels .

    Hi @Mika Mäki 

    It's possible in a limited way… you can use LB browser API to track end of conversations (and know if it’s qualified/disqualified), but that’s it and the setup would be a bit more technically challenging.

    Please can you let me know when this has been improved as unable to add it to the site without. Probably the most important thing. Trigger for someone leaving an email address, or phone number.
