sending email in a transferred deal
Hello,
I have changed the ownership of a deal to my colleague
and I would like my colleague, to be able INSIDE pipedrive to reply to the last email in the deal.
But my colleague does not have the option to reply?
Can you tell me why? and How to make it possible?

You would need to adjust the email visibility settings

Making the emails visible to your colleague will not make them able to reply to them unless they were also included in that last email (as recipient, CC or BCC), just like when you send/receive email in your Gmail, Outlook, etc. This is for a matter of privacy.
What you need to do is forward those emails to your colleague from within the deal (or include them in the conversation any way you see fit) and, as long as they've got their email sync active in Pipedrive, they will now be able to reply. The email messages will also show up in your colleague's Pipedrive email inbox.
