    Files are great in that you can share them with your entire team [or whoever needs access to them] in one centralized location.

    All files that you work on with your clients can be saved to the deal for easier sharing between the rest of the organization.

    Like @Boris Tsibelman said, uploading files to Pipedrive can be a great way to centralize and index your documentation. Not only can you upload files manually but you can also sync with Google Drive, learn all about it here: Syncing with Google Drive.
