Hoping to submit this as a feature request: the ability to bulk assign emails to deals. I notice the majority of deals link correctly with the auto feature, but it would also be really neat if I could bulk assign/reassign emails to deals, especially when the auto feature gets it wrong. Keeping my fingers crossed!

There is no way to do it in bulk if you're doing it manually.

Hi @Rock Stevens and @Mark Griffiths I double checked with the team just now. It's not on the near term roadmap right now. I've asked them to consider it for future updates but at the moment it's not a main priority unfortunately.

Thanks for checking this out. I really vote for this feature to be set on higher priority! I have a case now where the automatic linking has gone wrong. Will spend hours cleaning it up manually one by one...

Hi, checking in on this. Any updates? This would be an amazing feature especially if you are a new user trying to catch up on 6 months worth of emails.

I've been asking for this functionality for YEARS now.
Without it it makes the email functionality clunky.
I regularly have 500 plus emails at a time that need syncing and it is so frustrating.
Given we can already filter and select certain emails; surely it is not difficult to add a bulk deal update? @Inês Batata

I filter and search emails by subject and then do a copy paste of deal title to individually link them. If you click the back button... the filtered list remains and you can do the next one - then I archive in bulk. it makes it slightly faster but still time consuming.

The other option that may support this delayed feature... would be changing the criteria for the linking of emails.
This is currently done via "Owner"... but owners have multiple deals so this isn't effective.
I'd love to see automatic linking to a deal based on subject line... as most of our unlinked deals reference the deal name or deal ID in the subject line. @Inês Batata

A good way to save yourself that trouble and to avoid that some emails fall through the cracks is to use the Smart Email BCC. It will ensure that every message that includes it gets linked to the respective deal. @Rob Bakker I think this might be a handy tip for you too.
In any case, I've made sure your suggestion reaches our team for future developments.
The Smart Email BCC doesn't work with multiple deals and single owners.

Unfortunately it's not in the immediate plans of the emailing team. I spoke with the team and at the moment most focus is going into making sure the service is stable and we have some regulatory work to do. I asked them to consider this update for after that work is done but I hope you understand I can not guarantee this as there might be other bigger customer requests and priorities.

I have spent the last 5-10 minutes shaking my head that this is not part of the core yet. I suggested it a long time ago directly via the helpdesk/live chat.
Please tell me this is going to happen and due for release soon?
A lot of my emails are assigned correctly. However, HUNDREDS of them are not. I do a search for a client name - I can see all of them match what I wanted. I tick them in bulk - I want to Assign to a Lead/Deal straight away. You're telling me I need to do this one by one?
Come on guys, no new features - let's have this :-)

It's really annoying that in the Pipedrive Mail Inbox that we can't select multiple emails to link them to a Deal all at once. i.e. we get 100's of new emails, most that aren't linked to a Deal automatically, our assistant goes through and links the emails to the appropriate deal, or adjusts incorrect links that happened automatically.
This would be much quicker if we didn't have to open each email one at a time to do so.
Seems like simple functionality, that would make a big difference to our efficiency and time spent doing this.

Just to add my support for this feature. It would save a lot of time tying up historic e-mails that have a keyword or phrase in them to the appropriate deal - Especially for new users that have uploaded their previous years worth of e-mails.

We have the same problem. Hundreds of emails are not linked to our deals. Bulk assign emails to deals should be an essential feature for a CRM solution. It is very hard to go through all the emails and link them manually one by one. I hope it is solved immediately. Fingers crossed.

I've asked for this many times as well. There are times I want to assign an email or thread to a deal that wouldn't normally get auto assigned. i.e. Google Number text threads or intro lead emails. Most of my emails also don't get auto linked. I'd also like a flag feature, but that's a suggestion for another day; pick your battles and all that.
