Realtime pop-up of New Deals since UI change

Hi, please could you help? Before the recent UI change, when our receptionist entered a new deal, it would pop up on our screens as soon as she clicked Save. Since the UI change however, this doesn't happen and we have to refresh several times before it appears. Is there any way of having the original functionality please? Thank you

    Hi @AHP 

    Sorry to hear about that! I'm trying to reproduce this on my end but they do pop up directly. Also in incognito. Perhaps it has something to do with the cookies. Can you clear those and see if it works?

    We are getting the same problem.  When any new deal is added or a change is made to a deal, it doesn't show up in the pipeline until we refresh.  It did not always do this.

    Hi @Kreg Decker is this happening in all browsers with all users? Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? If it's not working out perhaps our support can help you out, sorry about that!
