Pipedrive's built in phone system?

Hi, 

Has there been any progress on the built in phone system? I looked at this a few months ago, but the support team weren't able to confirm all the costs, especially for international calls. Can you call someone who's not in Pipedrive, are there call bundles/packages available, etc etc...

Hey Dylan, you can also check out Ciara! We integrate with Pipedrive and have a in-app phone system. We don't support video calls but we will launch a Zoom integration soon!
