Error posting leads

Hi, I have an issue occurring wherein I fill out everything to post a lead, but then get an error in the bottom left corner: "An error has occurred. Please try again later." This happens roughly 60% of the time I'm entering leads.
It's frustrating since I have to try and go back to enter leads later, and I'm not sure what's causing the issue. I'm using Chrome on Windows if that helps.
