Automating New Deal Creation

When someone on my sales team wins a deal, a contract expiration date is entered on the deal record. How can we automatically create a new deal for the renewal business 6 months prior to the contract expiration date?

    Hi Brian,

     

    You can use Zapier to create a new deal when the deal hits a specific stage

    Hi Brian, 

    Is the contract expiration date added manually, or do you use automation for this? 

    It could be possible to set something up within Pipedrive, depending on the expected outcome. 

    Otherwise, Zapier is a good alternative as well, and the Zap shouldn't be too complicated to set up.
