Same deal to multiple persons

Hi everyone - new to pipedrive and already loving it!

We work with the construction industry and quote the same enquiries to multiple contractors. 

If I am quoting the same job to four companies but can only sell it to one, can somebody advise me on the most appropriate way to record this against each enquirer but not show this as four possible sales in my pipeline?

    Hey, Andy!

    Vladimir from Pipedrive management team is here.

    So far what I can come up with is:

    1. You create 4 deals for each of the offers that you send to each company (then you can track communication from Deal details view of each deal separately). Then you adjust probability of each deal using a formula 100% divided by amount of offers you send (if you send 4 offers, but only one customer will get it - you can set deal probability to 25%)
    2. You use "documents" feature (please, reach out to support of you do not have this feature) - But please note that it is a feature from Advanced plan:
    3. In Sales documents you create a template and send offers to each customer
    4. Once you can clearly see who will buy your service - you win their deal and, mark the rest of the deals as “lost”
