Calendar/Contacts Stopped Syncing

Our accounts stopped syncing our calendar and contacts with our Microsoft Exchange accounts (but syncing our emails) making Pipedrive extremely inefficient.  We have not been able to get an answer from the Pipedrive engineering team for over a month.  Has anybody encountered a similar problem?  If we cant solve this issue soon our company will have to look for an alternative to Pipedrive.  Any feedback would be appreciated.

    I am sorry you are encountering issues with, what seems to be, authentication of your Exchange account!

    I have the same problems/issue that my accout from time to time gets out of sync.

    What can be done?

    Hey Rogelio

    Wanted to ask if you could sent out calendar invites using activity invites. I seem to be having the same issue to and I am also on Office 365.

    Email Syncs perfectly and the system would not communicate with Calendar or Contacts.  They have been looking into it for weeks now to no solution.

    My email syncs perfectly too, but I have an issue with the calendar sync.

    Let's see if they can get to the bottom of the issue

    I am losing hope and am about to cancel the subscription.  We went from thinking about expanding subscriptions to all team members to deciding to cancel because without calendar and contact syncing it is not worth it.  It is a shame.

    We're really sorry for the trouble caused. I saw internally and your account is being affected by a very specific bug, only affecting a small number of companies. Due to the uniqueness of the issue, it is harder to reproduce and tackle it.
