    @Boris Tsibelman do you have any experience with both solutions? 

    @Dan Sullivan I'm of course biased as Pipedrive employee but I'd say the build in scheduler handles the basic use cases. It depends exactly how you'd like to use it and what your flow looks like wether the scheduler can handle it or you'd need a tool such as Calendly.
