Sales Enablement/Buyer Portal

Does anyone know/use a sales/buyer portal? I work in B2B sales where the sales cylce is 12-18 months. I'm looking for a place where I/my marketing team can publish content relevant to any deal/open opportunity. The closest thing to what I'm looking for is called Proteus Engage... Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks!
