Email performance Insights reports should be only related to Pipedrive Persons and Deals

Hi,

I want to be able to see how our SDR team is performing on sent and received emails regarding prospecting emails.

However, Insights reports are taking all the inbox, including internal emails, and data that is shown is not insightful at all. It looks like we receive more emails than we send, a miracle!

Therefore, email performance should only take those emails which are related to a person ID via Pipedrive. Otherwise it is not email performance at all.

    maybe you can filter down in the report where deal id is not blank?

    Hello Boris, thanks for the suggestion but there is no such a filter if you go to Activity - Email Performance type of report.
