Is hubspot worth it?

We want to add targeted mailing and create work flow automation. I have looked at hubspot which looks comprehensive but is expensive and would also likely mean we move to their CRM package to be more seamless. Does anyone have any suggestions on an equivalent option for pipedrive or if hubspot integrates easily to pipedrive?
