Zoom Meeting Integration: Line Break Bug

I've installed the Zoom Meeting integration. It works very similarly to Pipedrive's Scheduler tool, but there seems to be a bug in the email it sends after a meeting is booked. The message a contact receives with the Zoom invitation details has all the line breaks removed and looks like one giant run-on sentence.

I've tried modifying the text that is sent in the preview, but this doesn't seems to help. I suspect some function is removing these characters from the text.

    That is where I started. I find that some social pressure can help Pipedrive escalate these bugs.

    Thank you @Kelly Franznick! I see one agent from our team is checking your case and this is the best way to go, as we need to troubleshoot to investigate more after.

    I was told by the support team that they "have submitted your feature request". Getting an email in a readable format is a missing feature, and not a bug? I love Pipedrive, but this got an eye roll from me.

    Hello @Kelly Franznick, once again, thank you very much for bringing this up to our attention.

    I believe there are a miscommunication here, as I understand your point of view and how this seems to be a bug for your, however, after confirming with the Product Manager of this feature, this is something that we haven't added yet - although we do have a task in place to improve the system. 

    As you're adding an information within the notes, something that was 'not meant to be there', there is no formatting added by default - which is what we'll be working soon, but it is not implemented yet. 

    As it is an improvement of a feature, our agent confirmed to you that this is a feature request - which is indeed true, as the expected behaviour of the feature is what was stated before. Our apologies if this was not completely clear before, but I hope it is now.

    Hi @Clarissa Silvino - thanks for the reply. I think what Pipedrive isn't understanding, is that this content isn't a something that I am adding. This is the default behavior of the plugin. If I took an action and added something to a field that didn't retain formatting - I'd totally agree with your perspective. In this case, I simply installed the plugin and used it. The note is added to the event by Zoom/Pipedrive and therefore I expect it to work.
