Change the order of Customized fields in the sidebar

As the administrator, there should be a way of globally changing the order of customized fields in the sidebar.  I can see how to do that for one record but obviously I'd like to have the ability to do it for all in one operation.  I have 16,000 organization records :-)

Do you mean the sections of the left side bar, or the fields inside the sections? The sections is a personal settings per user but the fields you can actually re-arrange in company settings - data fields
