Separation of Internal and External Emails (emails with Customers vs emails with the Team)
I know this would be complicated to implement, but it would be helpful if there were 2 email timelines - the ones with the customer and those with the team internally.
Right now we restrict linking emails to deals, to only the ones sent to the customer.
This would really help in the approach of giving focus to the salespeople while allowing the team to use Pipedrive for emails as well.
