I too am using Mailchimp and would like some insight on how to merge contacts? No contacts I export from Pipedrive show up with first and last name fields like it does with outlook contacts. Any TIPS or TRICKS would be helpful for sure! (FYI... It's already signed up and paid for and has been in the works so not going to use a different program/service.)
