We currently use 3 stages: Opportunity, Proposal, Presented.
We also utilize a pipeline dedicated to our estimator and admin support with two stages where the salespeople pass deals to and then they are passed back to the sales pipeline once work is completed. The estimating pipeline has two stages: Data Verification, Proposal Request. Support makes sure our data in our legacy business management software is entered or up to date with the pipedrive deal. Proposal request is for the estimator.
