    Hi @Erkki Pöytäniemi

Thanks for the suggestion, I've passed it on to the team. Could you tell me more in detail what type of information would all be on the note/doc and how you solve that now?

In general we need to agree about rules for certain things in Pipedrive, f.ex. how to use tags etc. So pretty simple text content. Now we do it by email or WhatsApp but the information is lost with time. It should be easily accessible iin Pipedrive.

Thanks for clarifying @Erkki Pöytäniemi , what happens/goes wrong right now because we don't offer this yet and things get lost? Just trying to make a full story here to share with our team as to why this would be most useful:)

    Hi Mike,

Sorry - didn't notice your message. Yes, info getting lost is the biggest problem. Our rules about how to use Pipedrive should be in Pipedrive easily accessible and editable.

    Rgds,
    Erkki
