Deals - Doubt about conversion rate

Hi Users! 

I am working on my kpis and i am not sure how to manage the conversion rate.

I can see that Pipedrive includes by default only the deals that I added during the actual year. So my concern is what the theory says about conversion rates. When i finish the year, i should update the open deals as "lost" and reopen in the next year so that the conversion rates are correct?

    Hi @Esteban Rendelstein 

    I'm not sure if I'm 100% following you right but you can also adjust the timeframes that your reports are shown in. And you can also filter out your deals as to when they were started, etc...

    This way you should be able to get an accurate reading of your conversion rates for deals in a specific period of time.
