Deals - Doubt about conversion rate
I am working on my kpis and i am not sure how to manage the conversion rate.
I can see that Pipedrive includes by default only the deals that I added during the actual year. So my concern is what the theory says about conversion rates. When i finish the year, i should update the open deals as "lost" and reopen in the next year so that the conversion rates are correct?
