Do Not Call / Do Not Contact

For leads that specifically request that we "remove them from our call list", how do we categorize those leads/accounts?

    Couple options that would likely be created on the person record.

    1. Use the label field with an option of 'Do not call'
    2. Create a custom person details field (single option field type): Phone contact - Yes, No.

    Hope that gives some clarity.

    Yeah we did this some time ago. .. Works ok but would be helpful for a field such as this to be able to have a coloured border (eg red) when the field is set to yes.  (I guess that is another feature request for fields generally ... 'colour highlights' based on field entries (similar to the functions available in excel)

    You are aware that the label fields are colored? And probably an appropriate field type to use as a do not call because it is so prominent.
