Hi. Is it possible to have one Professional Account and 10 normal ones?

    Hi @Arnd Backhaus ,

    Unfortunately this is not possible. Right now every user is on the same license. Could you elaborate a bit more why you'd need this. What would the one user need from the professional plan?

    Hi Mike. Yes because just one user Need the Dashboard Functionality. thats it. Actually i have to Export data and Dashboard in Excel. Thats not so comfortable

    Thanks for clarifying and sorry @Arnd Backhaus there's no solution for now besides for example using a third party tool for your dashboard. Nonetheless, I've shared your feedback with our team.@Seda just sharing this feedback with you as well :)

    Hi @Arnd Backhaus !

    Dashboard and Insights feature are available to all plans :) Do you refer to some particular part?

    In Insights, you can also create a public link of your dashboard and share it with even none Pipedrive users. Link is  updated live. See more here: https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002688698-Shareable-Insights

    EIN Dashboard ist auch in der Advanced enthalten oder verstehe ich etwas falsch? 

    Ein wichtiger Unterschied zwischen der Professional und der Advanced ist, dass man in der günstigeren Variante bei den Reports NICHT auf benutzerdefinierte Felder zugreifen kann. Somit bleibt einem zum Beispiel für eine Auswertung nach Dealquellen "nur" die Übersicht in der Listenansicht, der Export ins Excel oder - wie Boris oben geschrieben hat - ein Zusatztool. Da gibts auch noch andere gute.
