How to create a to do at 365 days minus 7 of a deal close date?
Is it possible to have a to do auto generate based on X number of days before a date? Like if you close a deal and you want to set a to do a year in the future (minus 7 days) so you can reach out to them right before their close anniversary date?

Not that I can figure out. here is an automation to create an activity 1 year out. I then tried to make a seperate automation that would send an email X days prior off an activity due date and that did not appear to be an option. Within pipedrive at least. There may be a 3rd party add on.0

I'll pass this on to our team. Right now you'd need to use Zapier or other automation tools to set this up in one automation.
One workaround I can think of is to have an automation create a follow up activity in 11 months which is an option in Pipedrive. Then create a second workflow that will be triggered based on that new activity and then set to "edit" the new activity and add another 3 weeks to the activity date... could work0
