We want admin staff to have the capability to add deals for a specific pipeline, including adding some initial notes, and attaching files. The pipeline will then get worked by another user (Sales). What is the most efficient process concerning owners, etc.

Reception (admin) creates deals for the sales people by us often.  First make sure to set up your required fields and the fields you want to be displayed on the 'new deal dialogue'.

If your admin is not in the position to assign them to specific sales people then I would suggest one of two things.

    1. Have admin assign ownership upon creation to the sales manager or whomever can assign the deals to the sales person.

    or

    2. Leave them assigned to the admin creator  o whoever will be assigning them needs to watch for deals owned by the admin and re assign them.

Is it easy to bulk re-assign? We wanted to pre-build deals in a pipeline, then assign when the pipeline got assigned to a user.

It's very easy to bulk edit or bulk re-assign deals in pipedrive.

In list view just select all or checkmark multiple items and the bulk edit panel automatically pops up on the right side.
