Email: resending emails
A lot of our customers loose emails in the junk mail folder, blocked by the IT administrator as junk or simply overlooked.
When I make a follow up call I frequently end up resending the original email.
It would be great if there is an efficient way to resend the same email with attachments.

Yeah, I go straight to outlook for this Myself at the moment.
but I’m going to try from the person record and see how that goes.0

Hi I have same issue many customers lose or can not be bothered to search for my initial email so I need to resned abour 30% so its a pain to have to come out of PD and go to outlook all thats needed is a re-send button
