Web form change of ownership
I've changed the owner of a web form and upon doing so expected the note posted to the deal to be posted by the new owner, but it still posts as the old owner.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Always good to hear from you. I haven't seen this before.. did you potentially already talk to our support? They can perhaps check a few things and either solve it, or verify this is expected behaviour so they can pass it on for improvements to our team.

Good to hear from you too.
Yes, I contact supported and they advised that the notes will still be posted by the original form owner and that to fix it I would have to completely redo the form as the new owner for the notes to be posted by the new owner.
Perhaps the team could look at this and make some improvements? I wonder how the note would post if the original owner no longer had a Pipedrive account?

Hi
I've changed the owner of a web form and a Zap Lead Ads to Pipedrive and upon doing so expected the note posted to the deal to be posted by the new owner, but it still posts as the old owner.
Then i created a new form and zap with the new owner for the notes to be posted by the new owner and doesent work.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

@Nestor Bravo which user API have you used to connect to Zapier? Perhaps that's what's going wrong?

Hi Mike,
when I go to make the connection in zapier, only Nestor bravo appears.
When I'm doing the zap if it lets me select Enilde as the owner of each lead.
But when a lead is generated, Nestor is still assigned as owner.
He left you a screenshot of the confirmation of the profiles in pipedrive. Should I be enilde as a manager?
Thanks.

I'm no zapier expert but I think this is because the API of Nestor is used in Zapier... I'd recommend talking to Zapier support and/or Pipedrive support so they can best help you troubleshoot.
