Is there a way to only display the custom fields (on the left hand side) which have been completed?

We have lots of custom fields, only some of which will be completed for each deal. It's confusing seeing so many (especially when lots are empty). 

I'd like to set it so only the completed custom fields are displayed on the left hand side. 

Is this possible?

    Hi @Dan Strutt 

    You can actually make sure that fields show up or not show up on the detail page like shown in this GIF:

    Then on the detail page itself hit this button to expand or collapse the fields that are visible:
