Pipedrive has successfully completed audits for its System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2, SOC 3, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certificates.  The combination of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 and 3 is a clear indication of the company’s commitment to transparency and continuous improvement of the information security management program. Recent SoftwareReviews’ report that analyzed feedback from actual customers stated that Pipedrive is the leading CRM vendor in terms of security that protects users instead of frustrating them.

Data security and privacy are high priority for Pipedrive and these certificates give our users confidence that we are meeting the highest industry standards to protect the data they entrust to us,” said Jesse Wojtkowiak Head of Information Security, Pipedrive. “We want to offer our customers peace of mind and full transparency when and how their business data is stored and processed. At the same time, we constantly guide our users on how they can safeguard their CRM against vulnerabilities and share best practices on tackling security alerts.”
