Best way to track our success against our sales competition?
I am curious about the best way to track our success against our competition. My team regularly competes against 2-3 usual suspects. I understand I can do this through custom fields, but I would need to jump into the professional plan. Is this the only way? Should I consider the label feature? I would also like to consider using this information to trigger a workflow based on the competition. Any thoughts would be very helpful. Thank you!
