Why can't I see a Deal change a colleague made?

A colleague add an email to a Deal I own, but I don't see the change on desktop or phone app. I know the change is there, she sent me a screen shot. I'm an Admin user  on the system and the change was made >6 hours ago.

    Hey Mark,

    I would check if its the same Deal [using the deal ID]

    Thanks Boris, yes it is the same deal id. Turns out the issue was down to email privacy. My colleague had used the Bcc: function but had not set her preferences correctly so it was not visible. Sorted now.
