Is there a way to leverage custom fields in insights/reports?
Hey y'all,
My VP of Growth is trying to get the custom fields he made into a report but it doesn't seem to be possible.
Any idea of it's a missing feature (if so, when is it coming?) or something we're missing?

Hi @Mike van der Valk , is there any know issue with custom fields in Insights (professional plan)?
All I can see in my Segment by : is the capability to add a 'New Custom Field' as per image but
a) I do have already existing custom fields
b) If I follow the link and create a new custom field it doesn't show up in the report like the pre-existing ones

@Mike van der Valk , yes talking to support team since yesterday and we are trying to resolve issue.

@Mike van der Valk wanted to let you know that the support team was super, they managed to resolve the problem by making some server changes. I can now use the custom fields in my reports!
